FAQs

What is ia bilingual language Daycare?
It is children learning a foreign language the same way we learned English (or whatever our native language is): by living it. Curriculums are taught in both English and Spanish Language; TV, books, music, games and everyday routines are also taught in both languages.
Why should I consider sending my kids to a bilingual language daycare?
Because you want them to learn a second language. Because it's fun. Because they can make new friends. Because they can gain knowledge of the second language and apply it when they start school, as early as Kindergarden. Some schools offers a second language class as early as kindergarden.
When should they go?
The earlier in life the better. Children do well with language at all ages, but the younger they are the more comfortable they will get to the language.
Will my kid feel lost hearing another language?
Children are not confused by hearing more than one language. We have known for a long time that bilingual children separate their language from the age of 2; current research suggests they separate them from the beginning.
Who can go?
Anyone who is willing to learn a second language.
